Privacy Policy
How Rawbin collects, uses, shares, and protects information across the Rawbin interface.
Effective July 16, 2026
About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rawbin ("Rawbin," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit rawbin.fun, connect a wallet, launch or trade a token, use token chat, bridge assets, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Rawbin interface and related services.
The Rawbin interface is non-custodial. We do not control your wallet, hold your private keys or assets, or submit blockchain transactions on your behalf — every transaction is signed and sent by you.
Information we collect
What we collect depends on how you use the interface. A wallet address or transaction can be personal information when it can be linked to an identifiable person.
- Wallet and on-chain information — public wallet addresses, signatures, transaction hashes, token balances, contract interactions, liquidity and trading activity, and other public blockchain data.
- Content you submit — token names, symbols, descriptions, images, social links, profile fields, and wallet-signed chat messages.
- Communications — your email address and the contents of any request you send us.
- Device and network information — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and requested pages, timing, approximate location from IP, and security or diagnostic events.
- Usage and analytics — how the interface is accessed, navigated, and performs.
- Local preferences — theme, interface settings, and wallet session state stored by your browser or wallet.
Sources of information
We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from public blockchain networks, and from service providers such as wallets, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, analytics services, bridge providers, and IPFS gateways.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve token discovery, launch, trading, liquidity, analytics, profiles, and chat.
- Connect wallets, verify signatures, prepare transaction requests, and display public on-chain activity.
- Process submitted content and moderate malicious links, spam, fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity.
- Respond to questions, support requests, and disputes.
- Monitor reliability, diagnose failures, measure performance, and understand usage.
- Protect Rawbin, its users, and the public from security threats and unlawful activity.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use.
Blockchain information
Public blockchains are transparent by design. Transactions, wallet addresses, token activity, contract events, and related records may be permanently available through Robinhood Chain, nodes, explorers, indexers, and other independent services.
We cannot edit, hide, reverse, or delete information recorded on a public blockchain. Disconnecting your wallet or making a privacy request does not remove prior on-chain activity.
How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to vendors and infrastructure providers that support hosting, content delivery, security, analytics, wallet connectivity, blockchain access, indexing, storage, bridging, and market data — for example Vercel, Railway, WalletConnect/Reown, Robinhood Chain RPC services, Blockscout, IPFS gateways, LI.FI, and analytics providers. They process information under their own terms or on our behalf.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or legal rights, to investigate abuse or security incidents, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your consent. Anything you publish on-chain or submit to public product surfaces may be visible to anyone.
Third-party services
Wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, bridges, websites, and other services available through or linked from Rawbin are independent from us. We do not control their availability, security, or privacy practices. Review a third party's terms before using it.
Browser storage
We and our wallet or infrastructure providers may use local storage, cookies, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain wallet sessions, protect the interface, and measure performance. You can clear browser storage or adjust browser controls; some settings may be lost and certain features may stop working. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
Retention
We retain off-chain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the interface, maintain public product surfaces, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and comply with law. Public chat messages and token content may remain available while the relevant product surface operates. Public blockchain and distributed-storage records may persist indefinitely and are outside our control.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for systems under our control. No internet service, wallet, smart contract, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Never send us your private key, recovery phrase, password, or wallet credentials. If you believe your interaction with Rawbin has created a security risk, contact legal@rawbin.fun.
International processing
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights and choices
To make a privacy request, email legal@rawbin.fun and describe your request and the wallet address, email, or other information needed to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we cannot alter public blockchain records.
- Use public areas of the interface without connecting a wallet where wallet access is not required.
- Disconnect your wallet, clear local storage, and manage browser or wallet permissions.
- Avoid putting personal information in token metadata, profile fields, links, or chat messages.
- Depending on where you live, request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of off-chain personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing and withdraw consent where those rights apply.
Children
The interface is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact legal@rawbin.fun.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the interface, infrastructure, or legal requirements change; the effective date identifies the current version. Questions, privacy requests, and complaints may be sent to legal@rawbin.fun.
